STEPHEN D. PHILLABAUMMr. Phillabaum is a life-long resident of Spokane with strong ties to the community. He is married and has four children. His wife, Sheryl, is also an attorney and a partner at Phillabaum, Ledlin, Matthews & Sheldon, PLLC. He is active in the Spokane Rotary Club, is a licensed pilot and flight instructor, and is a member of the Northwest Bi-Plane Association. Mr. Phillabaum has extensive experience as a trial lawyer in State and Federal courts throughout Washington and Idaho.
