STEPHEN R. MATTHEWS

Mr. Matthews is an accomplished trial attorney with experience in federal and state courts. His experience includes both civil and criminal jury trials and a variety of administrative hearings. He was the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Spokane County from 1982-1985, and was the Chief Criminal Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in 1994. In the private sector, Mr. Matthews was a principal in the firm of Underwood, Campbell, Brock & Cerutti, P.S. and became a partner with Phillabaum & Ledlin in 1995. Mr. Matthews is frequently invited to speak at seminars and gatherings regarding the law. He is married and has three sons. Many civic endeavors in the Spokane area keep him busy.
