Ms. Phillabaum is a life-long resident of Spokane. She is married and has four children. Her husband, Steve, is an attorney and a partner at Phillabaum, Ledlin, Matthews & Sheldon, PLLC. Ms. Phillabaum has served as a board member for Habitat for Humanity - Spokane and as its president. Since 1995, she has been a member of chair of the Law Clerk Committee of the Washington State Bar Association. She is a member and past president of Washington Women Lawyers.
