Principal
Mr. Ledlin has an extensive bankruptcy background in both creditor and debtor rights. He is the former Standing Chapter 13 Trustee and a Panel Chapter 7 Trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Washington. He began his legal career here in Spokane after graduating from Gonzaga School of Law. He is a frequent contributor to State and Local bankruptcy periodicals, and is a speaker at Continuing Legal Education seminars.
