Mr. Brockett is long-time resident of Spokane. He is married and has
five children
and eleven grandchildren. Mr. Brockett was a Spokane Deputy Prosecuting
Attorney
from 1961-1969, and the elected Prosecuting Attorney from 1969 until
1994, when
he retired. He entered private practice with Phillabaum, Ledlin, Matthews
&
Sheldon, PLLC in 1997.
