Principal
Mr. Sheldon joined the firm in 1999 and became a partner in 2002, after
completing the Washington State Bar Association Clerkship Program. Mr.
Sheldon has extensive insurance claims experience. He is frequently
invited
to lecture on insurance issues and has litigated numerous complex insurance
coverage disputes. He is one of the four mediators in Washington State
approved by the Office of the Insurance Commissioner to conduct market
conduct oversight mediations between insurance companies and the Commissioner's
office. Mr. Sheldon's practice also emphasizes Consumer Class Action
claims, personal injury, and general civil litigation.
